Ruth Sladek holds Bachelor Degrees in Naturopathy and Nutritional Medicine. She is also a trained practitioner in START Detox Stress Program and the HCG FAT BURN Weight Loss Program.
Ruth applies her extensive knowledge of modern natural medicine and traditional medicine sources to provide well-rounded, complete treatment for her patients.
She focuses primarily on dietary support and nutrition and uses herbal medicine, iridology and life style coaching to support her patients on their healing journey.
Ruth special areas of interest include female reproductive health and fertility and management of stress, anxiety, depression and addictions.
